Contact Profiler

The Swift 3D computer controlled coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is fitted with a low force Renishaw probe. The CMM is used to inspect the overall substrate dimensions, and to measure the surface shape of, for example, cylindrical mirrors. The CMM has an accuracy of ±2 µm over a volume of 0.8m³.
