Metrology Reports

A full metrology report is prepared for all the diffraction crystals and mirrors that we produce. The report contains measurements of the overall substrate shape, surface roughness measurements (including the interferometer images), LTP/NOM measurements and rocking curve measurements for crystals.

Diffraction crystals are shipped with their metrology report. For x-ray mirrors the metrology report is typically submitted to the customer for review so that any queries about the data can be answered before the product is shipped.
